We figured we'd stall or slightly gain today, so our numbers weren't a surprise. Even with the off protocol food last night, I have to wonder if this is part of a continued plateau. The problem is, we'll never know, since we went off protocol.
Jenny's voice is still pretty rough. Poor girl can hardly talk, which makes it hard to address Kaylyn when she needs something. I've been speaking for her most of the day. People at church were giving her the strangest reactions! Maybe they thought she was possessed? :)
Our couples' bible study went very well this evening. Only two other couples were there, and the husbands play on my football team, so we're all friends. I enjoyed the intimacy of six people versus the normal fourteen. We were good about dinner. No one else brought anything that was much of a temptation, which was a relief!
